Very disappointed! I would never use Glassman of WNY! Last Friday my husband and I drove down to the shop to have a piece of glass made for our curio. We brought the original piece of leaded glass for reference and measurements. It was an expensive antique piece that was missing a corner but we just wanted simple pane glass for replacement. We got a reasonable estimate of $40 and agreed upon that amount. We needed a custom size storefront window. Every other place I called was at least $500 more than the price The Glassman was able to give. Great price. Great service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs prompt, affordable service.
I called this morning about a cracked glass pane at the front of our house that I accidentally broke. After sending over a few pictures, I received a prompt response with a price quote within minutes. Charlie arrived within the hour and had the window repaired the same day. He was not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind to my daughter. I would definitely use his services again!
