If I could leave no stars I would. My friend called to get a quote on a window replacement. Mike came out, was less than friendly, didn't measure the window. He also took a piece of the window to see if it could be replaced. After not hearing from him for a couple weeks, my friend had to beg him to bring the piece back. It came back broken. Way to go Mike. I don't recommend this company to anyone!
Mike and his guys did a great job. On time, respectful of our house, and a good price. Highly recommended them.

My experience with Mentor Glass is pretty sad. Called for a quote back in October to make and install a shower surround for our new bathroom in our basement. Phone was answered right away, Mike came out on time, received a fair quote a day after coming to look at it. Everything was great up until then. After emailing to proceed, calling numerous times on both of their phone numbers no body answers and can't get a response. Communication is horrible. Will have to call another glass company.
