Hello - Please beware that this company does not seem to care about customer service. After paying for the premium service, I was given an appointment time for Monday between 0800-1100. When no electrician showed up, I called to inquire. I was told that the electrician would call to give me an update. No call ever came. By 1800, I had called two additional times, was told the same thing - but no electrician ever showed up. I just got off the phone with Mike. What an awesome guy! He could not schedule a visit because he is very busy but he took five minutes on the phone to ask me some questions to try and help me figure out the problem. One of his suggestions worked! Am absolutely so grateful Mike!
