The installation experience was great! They scheduled my service only a couple days away, came to my place, took about 45 minutes from start to finish to replace the windshield. The price I believe was just right, too. Taking one (really, I'd do just 1/2, but it's not an option here) star off because they didn't wipe the glass off clean, some bad streaks were left behind making it really hard to drive at night with all the glare.
