Disappointed. I went to this glass company because the reviews were high but the prices are too expensive out of pocket. I think the positive reviews were made by people whose insurance paid for it so they didn't have to pay much out of pocket. In addition, it was hard to reach a person when I called the number, it didn't go through and ended having to communicate by text which took awhile, to actually get any answers. I had a wonderful experience with this company today. I called and they came to my house and repaired two windshields that were broken. I was extremely pleased with their customer service. They gave me a quote over the phone and immediately set up an appointment and repaired the glass efficiently an expertly. I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the service that Jordan provided for replacement of my windshield. He was very efficient and promptly responded to any questions or concerns that I had. Jordan was also able to calibrate the cameras properly which was very important to me. Overall, working with Glassic Solutions was a positive experience. Highly recommend!
