This agency listed a property for auction without any intention of going to auction. We only found out because we requested a building and pest in preparation. I wouldn't trust businesses that do this kind of thing. Hi Reece It should have actually been listed as under offer or under contract. It's good for buyers to know this was a tactic, as they may be like us and taking what you say at face value. Disappointed about deception is different to being disappointed about a property.
