Recently held our event at this venue and had a great experience from start to finish. Georgia was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, making everything seamless. On the day, Holly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly - nothing was too much trouble. Went there for a wedding of course- I realise you have to listen to speeches etc However when the food finally came out there was barely anything- and most was either Luke warm or cold! No bread no love- staff were obviously over worked and not happy! Smiling changes your own mood and those around you!
From the first meeting, to the planning, to our wedding day we were beyond supported and found the process so easy and smooth. All of the team at Glasshaus Brucke were so professional, helpful, organised and on their a-game. I felt a massive weight off my shoulders knowing they were all over it and I could just enjoy my day.
