This is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review for a law firm. I had questions concerning a vehicle purchase and being stuck between a dealership and two lenders. I received communication daily and although I was able to come to a resolution fast enough I will consider them for automotive consulting in the future. Thank
A major northern California dealership did not provide paperwork after I paid cash for the vehicle. After 8 months I contacted the executive team and told they would have it fixed in a week. Nothing happened. After several more months, I found Glassey Smith online and contacted them. It was a slow process with Covid, the courts and dealership all impacting the process. Finally they got me the title, registration and a very good settlement for loss of use of the vehicle. Thank you Glassey Smith team.
