POOR experience with their customer service. – This seemed to be a reputable company, and maybe they provide authentic designer frames, but they need to overhaul their customer service. I ordered eyeglass frames that arrived with a scratch, right down to the metal. I called to initiate an exchange, and the (very young sounding) girl on the phone seemed like she didn't really know what to do.
