I visited July ordered my contacts when they came in two weeks later they ordered the incorrect one for my left eye I have called them back told them it was the incorrect one and they argued with me I asked for the supervisor and low and behold it comes to their attention they did order the wrong one considering I think I know if I can see Out of it or not. RecommendedThe optical experts are always pleasant and very patient along with being exceptionally competent. I give an A+ rating after working with and trusting them for five years.
It’s been A year that I been there but nothing but trouble my friends had nothing but trouble they own me a pair of new lenses and that’s what the problem was they wouldn’t give my money back you can get a new pair of frames but will try give your money back.
I spent an hour and a half at Glasses Galore and couldn’t see out of the contacts that they recommended for me the eye doctor there was horrible will never ever go back to this place I’m gonna have to play for another eye exam.
Apologies for the long review, but I had a such an atrocious customer service experience earlier this year that I feel the need to make it public so that no one else has to go through this. It happened at the Glasses Galore in Newtown, PA. Please save yourself the aggravation and avoid doing business with them at all costs. They closed up shop in Lansdale in the middle of the night!! People paid money for glasses and contacts that they never got! What happened to the patients records? STAY AWAY!!
Don't trust this place. They owned the store in Montgomeryville that went belly up. A lot of people lost their money from that. Go to a reputable business.
Waited an hour an half to get something faced worse customer service ever every time I called she said I am working on it
