horrible customer service. extremely slow at responding. I had to send back my order because they did not customize them as requested, even though i had already confirmed TWICE, through email. Just received my lenses and they have been placed wrong, and are now crooked. I would have hoped for better quality from a company that works with Hudsons Bay, and carries quality brands. most stress I have been through in two months due to the lack of proper communication within their team.
