Did not do a good job fixing chip in windshield. Looked good from outside but inside still showed complete crack, were not able to do any better.
It’s been over a year since I left this review and I noticed this company responded to only positive reviews and they never attempt to contact me about this issue….. Found myself in a jam after my car was vandalized and Jim was the only one willing to fix my problem on short notice. While others businesses quoted me higher and had a hard time finding the glass for my vehicle, Jim was the cheapest and fastest with same day turnaround. Look GlassCrafters is now my go to for window repair due to the quick, friendly and efficient service!
