It’s been over a year since I left this review and I noticed this company responded to only positive reviews and they never attempt to contact me about this issue….. Found myself in a jam after my car was vandalized and Jim was the only one willing to fix my problem on short notice. While others businesses quoted me higher and had a hard time finding the glass for my vehicle, Jim was the cheapest and fastest with same day turnaround. Look GlassCrafters is now my go to for window repair due to the quick, friendly and efficient service!
Superior service and repair work. We had a house window that was broken by a flying rock from a lawn mower. Jim has years of service and professional knowledge. Jim promptly measured window frame, ordered glass, and returned to expertly repair the window, better than new! Sheila the office manager is kind and responsive.
