I spoke to Damien about replacing a broken panel of a glass balustrade on our 6 year old veranda. He took my details and called back the same day explaining that they could not do the work as the rest of the balustrade was not compliant (he saw photos) with the current BCA - which has changed since the balustrade was first installed. He quoted the relevant sections of the current BCA. Fantastic service from Glasscraft. We needed safety glass put in following the arrival of our baby. They gave us really helpful advice and did an excellent job fitting our new safety glass.
