Firstly, they were extremely late to the measure up on the initial visit. Went ahead anyway & paid a deposit for a dog door. The install was then booked in and they failed to show up on the day nor did they notify me that they would not be attending. Essentially they have just taken my money and ignored me ever since. Go elsewhere.
If I could give a 0 star review would. Do not use this business, go elsewhere. Paid the required deposit for a service and it is 3 months later and still waiting for any progress to be made. Struggling to get anyone on the phone and a simple response to an email.
