We just had shower glass installed by a company, not glass worx, through a general contractor. After Install I found a small scratch, and tried to reach out to the glass company, whose exact name I could not recall. I thought it was Glass Worx, so I called, was informed that it had not been them that installed my glass, but the gentleman I spoke with on the phone asked me what my issue was. Don't waste your time as they will for sure waste your time! Had an appt set up and they never showed up. Tried calling and emailing them multiple times. Just like another person review states they never show up or take your call. They say they'll call you back but never do. Don't even know how they're in business.

They came out on time and proceeded to do an excellent job. Perfect fit on the glass doors and they look great. Very pleased

RUN! They were supposed to come out to my home on 2/15/24 at 10am. They never showed up or called. I called them at 12pm to see if they were coming or if I could reschedule my appointment. The owner, Kevin, answered the phone and once I said they were supposed to be here at 10 he hung up. I called multiple times and no answer straight to voice mail.
