Great service from Glass World! The shower door looks amazing, the job was neat, and the price couldn’t be beat
Stood me up twice on appointment, I was really looking forward to working with them.
This company is amazing. The owner has been well known in the community for many years, and came highly recommended. I was told there has been a death in the family, so they haven't been in the office as much recently, but they did such impeccable work in my home during their difficult time. I got the best price I could find here and they were very personable, too. I prefer a family owned company like these guys, so I will definitely be a repeat customer.
This company has absolutely atrocious customer service. I would not waste your time even calling them because they probably won’t answer. I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come take a look at my windows and repair them. They NO CALLED NO SHOWED for the appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried calling them to reschedule and nobody answered.
