I previously had a window company come by who said the windows were fine/current standards but we needed new glass. (Overtime the seals can break or become warped.) We hired Glass West for 2 glass replacements - 1 window and 1 sliding glass door that had fogged up due to broken seals, and 5 windows re-taped because they were shaking in the wind and had drafts.
