I, too, was duped by this company. Several emails trying to resolve my water issues resulted in owner telling me I needed to spend over an additional $1000 for decent water. Owner agreed to refund purchase. I returned the unit, but refund was never issued (over $900).

I looked your account up and I apologize if we did not refund your money. Please call me so we can refund your money. This unit was purchased in 2017. It was not our intention to not refund the money it was just an oversight.
I purchased a softening/filtering system from Glass in 2018. I wish I would have posted a review sooner. I've had no issues with my installation what so ever. it's been working for 2 years now flawlessly! the installation was done great. Looks great, and takes as little space in my garage as possible. The technicians that installed the system were professional and showed my how to use the system, and how to maintain the carbon filtering system. I would 100% recommend them!
I would leave no stars if I could . $2000 water Softner . A broken valve on my water pump and no return calls in 6 tries. So obvious that there is no warranty. Don't spend your money with this company. Did not get a manual or even a walk through of the system

Please give us a call so we can work this out. We have been in business since 2004 and do not want you to be dissatisfied with your system. We took over a system that was put in improperly and your plumbing was a mess. Either way our main goal is to make you happy. I spoke with your wife and tried to call you. I want you to call me at 813-244-5185 so we can get this fixed.
Ordered a FM-5-975 box of 24. 3 E-Mails and a phone call did not resolve the non-delivery condition after over a months time. The Order Status page shows NO status and No tracking number. The 1st E-Mail got a short answer that he would look into the non-delivery. Subsequent E-Mails got no response. Phone call yielded a will call me back, which has not occurred. My Visa was debited on the day of my order. I am now in a Disputed charge with my Visa. Stay away!
They are a horrible business. We ordered a part online. And 2 weeks later. Still no parts!! Our credit card charged. Called 5 times and no returned phone calls. Do not shop there!!

On May 30, 2017, I ordered a twin alternating tank water softening system from Glass Water Systems. The order specified a Fleck 9000 valve with a 1 inch meter. What I received was a valve head equipped with a ¾ inch meter. Several communications via phone and email have produced no resolution despite assurances from Mr. G. that this "wasn't a big deal" to fix.
