Ordered a Glass Warehouse frameless shower door via Wayfair. The instructional installation video was great, but I needed a few questions answered from a technical perspective given some challenges I experienced with my particular shower. I was blown away with how responsive, clear and helpful the support team was at Glass Warehouse. The project was completed with the glass perfectly secure, aligned and level and it looks great! Couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Glass Warehouse products and service.

Love me some glass warehouse. Recently moved and took my shower doors with me but I actually lost some parts. Reached out to glass warehouse and they had parts ready for my eclipse shower door system. Luckily I live in the San Diego area and I was able to go to will call and pick up the parts I needed. I'm extremely unhappy with this company and their products. I ordered a 42 x 78 single glass panel for a non-sliding shower door. When the item arrived, the box was in terrible condition—ripped, missing pieces, with a torn plastic bag haphazardly taped to it. I quickly inspected the glass, confirmed there were no cracks, and accepted the package since I really needed it. Ordered a large shower door/wall. When finally installing, couldn’t find the clips. Called and quickly helped - clips to be shipped next day. FOUND the clips and emailed that evening. Rapid reply, and credited back the cost - just as fast was was charged initially. Amazing customer service. Helpful and on point. Would be happy to do business with this company again
