Super happy with this shower door. Especially with the nice heavy duty hardware. Hinges swing in both directions and handle the weight of this heavy glass door with ease looks fantastic!
I ordered our shower door through Home Depot and it showed up with a part missing. Home Depot would have required me to return the entire door and hardware but the great people (Karina) at GW asked a couple questions and got the items i needed out to me fast. I was extremely satisfied with their customer assistance. Would highly recommend this company.
Do not buy Glass warehouse products. I bought an enclosure from Home Depot. Shipped directly from Glass Warehouse. The door to the unit has huge scratches made by a machine. We hung the door today and immediately noticed the scratches. Notified the company and they say since we installed the door it isn't under warranty. They will replace it if I pay shipping. These where impossible to see in the box but extremely visible once in hung with lights on. They also said file a claim with FedEx. I told them there is no shipping da... read more
