I purchased a shower glass door and I made a mistake by ordering one inch larger than what I needed so I contacted them and they sent a new piece of glass with the proper size quicker than most places can get a regular out! The piece of glass got lost in transit so I followed up with them and they shipped a second replacement piece no questions asked. Customer service with this company leaves a lot to be desired. Recommend just finding another company for your glass door needs.
Terrible company. Awful customer service. Carly the manager is extremely unprofessional. They say they will exchange a panel and 2 days later refuse over 1/2” measurement. Stay clear of this company. There are much cheaper and better quality products available elsewhere. save yourself the hassle of having to deal with a special manager who will give you the run around about an exchange. A 7 year desk job knows more than a 20+ year carpenter about installations. Trash trash trash!!!
Always consistent stellar fast customer service, and lightning fast shipping, customizability and top quality. These guys have the best product, have reasonable replacement part costs, and their stuff arrives across state lines as fast as amazon prime. Truly up there with Hillstone restaurants, Discount Tire / America's Tire, and Costco in terms of customer experience.
