The product itself appears to be very well made and great quality. However, during the transit of the glass door, it was shattered. Glass Warehouse kindly shipped us a new door immediately at no charge to us, BUT, they suggested a new size based off the measurements we provided. My husband, the contractor installing the door, insisted that the size they suggested was wrong, but said that since they are glass professionals, they must know what they're talking about, so we approved the size, while stating "if this is the size ... read more

Awesome customer service. We bought a three frame shower door and one of the small components was broke. I reached out to this company and they immediately sent us a replacement and had no issues. I later ordered some additional parts and they were extremely responsive, nice and professional. The shower door looks amazing. I highly recommend them.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to drop a quick note: Conclusion - THE GLASS WAREHOUSE TEAM IS AWESOME!! Background - I purchased a 36x48 shower door/wall for my corner shower and realized I assumed Glass Warehouse sizing accounts for tile and cement board losses... they do not.
