I ordered a 42” round 1/2” thick glass top for a Teak Root base I bought. It was well packed, and shipped quickly. It came with rubber bumpers which I appreciated. The company uses Shipt to keep me informed on the status of the delivery. Very pleased with the glass!
They are not BBB Accredited stay away! I order a glass to replace the open that was damaged! I have yet to receive it! My bank is taking care of getting my money back! This company is bad!
I ordered a 54 inch glass top for my patio table. Instead Glass Tops Direct sent me one that measures 54 and 1/16 inch.It did NOT fit! Since it is their error they should not refuse to replace with one with the correct measurements. Instead they requested I repack the glass top, ship it back at my expense and if it arrived back to them in satisfactory condition , they would issue a refund.
The table tops we purchased were delivered to our billing address in Maryland instead of the shipping address in Florida. Glass Tops Direct offered to send call tag for the table tops but wouldn't be able to deliver them to FL until following week. When I explained that we would need to overnight the tops so that they could make it onto a cargo ship before it left the dock, we were offered a $40 credit (on a $209 order).
