Just fantastic! Walked in ordered my windshield arrived and installed 10am the very next morning!
Extremely poor communication and customer service. Had to send information twice. The first time they never called back or reached out. The second time they never responded. Small tip for the owner (if you care). Go back to basics-seems you have lost what is important along the way. If you're looking to run a successful business try putting customers first and communicating! Extremely frustrating. Great experience! Had the misfortune of cracking my windshield on a Thursday. Had an appointment before the end if the business day for their location in Cedar the next day and had my windshield fix in time for my camping trip. All for only $270 on my 02 subaru legacy. Very impressive!
Late Wednesday night while grabbing dinner after picking up my husband from Las Vegas airport we stopped to grab dinner and while eating someone smashed our back window and grabbed my husband's bag. It seemed like such a long drive back to Parowan without a rear window- thank goodness it wasn't crappy weather. Our insurance recommended Safelight- they couldn't get to us for almost 2 weeks.
