Had a rock chip on a late Friday afternoon. They totally took care of me on the spot. Fast service and super friendly. Quality work at a fair price!
Great service excellent work was done. My chip in my windshield was Hardly noticeable after he got done.
What a great all around transaction. The cars came out beautifully, the work was impeccable, the shop was easy to find and Chalisa gave the most outstanding customer service. She was on top of everything from the appointment, to making sure we were happy with the results! Highly recommend this company!
Extremely disappointed. Poor communication. I was scheduled for a windshield replacement at my home, I waited the 2 hours that was set for them to come and no one showed. I called and tried to find out what happened. Working with a dispatcher/company that is not loacl was frustrating, inefficient and ultimately a failure for me to get a windshield replaced. I will not do business with Precision Auto.
Super helpful and skilled. Got me in n out in under an hour with a large windshield and all the required calibration. Communicated well with my insurance and myself. Hopefully won't need to replace my windshield again soon, but will definitely be using them again for all future glass needs.
