This company fixed a replaced a windshield and the files a $1200 bill to my insurance. Made my insurance went up $100 a month because of this clam. I know for a fact to it doesn't cost $1200 to replace it. This is being investigated. Was told she needed a part for her windshield. Well....turns out she didn't.
I highly recommend Glass Technology for any window repairs or replacements. I’ve used them a couple times for repairs and just this week I had to replace my windshield. They did a great job all three times. Thank you Glass Technology!
They filed and got my insurance. They were quick and did a great job!
Had a 4:00 pm appointment , they called with an earlier opening and got me in and out in no time !! Courteous, prompt, & professional!! Excellent work!!!
Terrible service. I had an appointment scheduled for a week. Drove to Lufkin only to learn that all there crews were in Nacogdoches and would not be back at the appointed time. Waited for thirty minutes; they were still in Nacogdoches. Heck with that! Do not double book, and at least have the courtesy to call and inform the customer! On top of that, was 97 degrees outside and the air was not on inside, so you wait in a sweat box in addition to being inconvenienced. Avoid this place as the attitude was they did not care.
