I am extremely disappointed in this company. I had lost a window during a hail storm a month back. I had them come out, figure out everything they needed and paid them half of the total cost of the repair. A week later I called and asked them when to expect the repair to take place. I was told my window would be on the next shipment and they would call me to schedule the repair. I waited a week and then called again.
