I contacted Gas’s Tech for a quote on shower glass. Jessica took my call and set up an appointment for me to get the quote done, she fit me in for the next day! The next day promptly measurements were taken and a quote was sent to me the same evening! I accepted the quote and was told my glass would be ready in three weeks, the glass was ready sooner than expected, a week sooner to be exact! I am extremely disappointed in this company. I had lost a window during a hail storm a month back. I had them come out, figure out everything they needed and paid them half of the total cost of the repair. A week later I called and asked them when to expect the repair to take place. I was told my window would be on the next shipment and they would call me to schedule the repair. I waited a week and then called again.
