Thank goodness my car dealership recommended (and uses) Glass Systems! I needed a windshield replacement which is now made complex with cameras and multiple parts required. Joe was communicative, helpful, responsive and technically competent. I picked up my car to find that it was showroom clean with two replacement mounting strips for my EZ Pass transponder. Joe coordinated everything with my insurance company, followed all manufacturers specifications and made an inconvenient experience as pleasant as possible.
This place came recommended from beachwood Porsche. I called the owner, Joe, and he agreed to replace the windshield while my car was being serviced at Beachwood Porsche. All went perfectly. He even installed the mount for my dash camera. I will always have Joe and his crew replace my windshields from this point on. Can't recommend it more highly.
Joe is a first class glass installer who went above and beyond my expectations on my 22 year old car. The project ended up morphing into some additional repairs that involved repairing rust in the lower seating area near the wipers which exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Glass Systems of Medina for any automotive glass replacement needs...top notch!
Joe went above and beyond to provide exemplary service on the windshield replacement for my vehicle. My dealer recommended him and I'm glad they did. He pushed my insurance company to cover the cost of OEM replacement glass and coordinated the sensor recalibration my vehicle needed at the dealership. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process, worked with my schedule, and was overall a pleasure to do business with. The quality of service on the windshield replacement itself was also top notch!
