I took my 2007 Impala to Glass & Sons after it was rear-ended while I was sitting at a red traffic light. My insurance agent recommended them to me (the other driver's insurance company footed the bill, so my agent's recommendation was not based on low cost to him). He told me that he always takes his cars to them. I had my vehicle with them for repairs. I was told 3 days and if anything developed they would let me know. I had a rental car and needed to let them know if i needed the rental longer. They never called and kept me in the loop. I finalky called them late afternoon of the day it was promised. I was inforned at that time that it would be another 2 days!! Really kept me informed didnt they?
