Terrible experience at glass solutions Capalaba. I went in to get some custom windows cut to size. The man who served me, was swearing with every comment he made to me. I began feeling very uncomfortable, and when I asked for my templates back he said no I will do it today and continued swearing. I then explained that I don’t like the way you are talking to me and he laughed and swore at me again. Very inappropriate and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place.
I have used their services several times - staff are professional, super friendly and helpful. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!
Great service
Called glass solutions as the handle on my shower screen had broken, I spoke with Paul. While they didn't carry the specific handle I needed, Paul went above & beyond to find a supplier that could, or was ready to find a solution if that didn't work. Just wanted to highlight the great customer service!
The guys at Glass Solutions replaced the glass in our front door after our business was broken into recently. They were quick to respond at short notice and provided high-quality workmanship at very reasonable pricing. Much appreciated!
