They came and gave us an estimate and were on time. The pricing was good for a quality job. The glass came in on the time line he promise. The installation was done as promised and the left the room well cleaned. If I ever needed this product again I would certainly contact them first.
Great customer service
I had a problem with a shower door. The contractor that did the work did not level the bar holding up the shower doors and did not fix it when they came back. I needed setting blocks to just fix it myself. Those all come in bags of 100 per thickness. I called Glass Simple and they were happy to get me a few at each size. Really friendly and helpful. Will use them again.
Absolutely fantastic customer service and knowledge. Robert K spent significant time troubleshooting a shower door hinge issue I had on an old shower. He reviewed photos I provided and found perfect replacement parts needed so that we would not have to replace the entire doors. Buy with confidence. Although I was “small” purchase they treated me as if I was a repeat contractor. Thanks Glass Simple!!
