Excellent place. 1st time getting windshield replacement on my 2013 Kenworth t 700. I expected 2+ hrs ...at least. I was working and had to work it into my schedule! I was pleasingly surprised, as I was just getting comfortable in the rocking chairs in the lobby, the youngster came out and said I was done. Excellent work, excellent customer care! New windshield installed by the Glass Shop on a Friday. Over the weekend, I had a problem with the new windshield. Monday morning, I go back to the Glass Shop - they take one look at the new windshield and quickly state it is defective. Glass Shop stands behind their products! Owner Stacy Smith, Jennifer and Austin take excellent care of their customers. I'll never purchase glass anywhere else from now on!
