Went into the store 10 years ago when i bought my home. I asked for estimates on a full window and door package for my two story home. Waited three weeks for a call back. Gave up. Went to Matthew's glass got it done. Now Matthew's is closed. Fast forward three weeks ago i called in a order to these ladies again for a couple of boat windows nothing fancy.just laminated glass. Again no return call for bid. I just called them back. Long story short, I can't recommend them.
Had mirror installed. Couple guys put it up & hinted at how "[receiving] tips helped them buy them lunch." Alright.. went out and got a couple twenties to tip them when they finished. Guys pack up and leave and we inspect the area.. they've kicked a hole in the drywall and haven't said a thing. We tell the owner who then comes out and inspected the hole kicked into the wall. He doesn't offer any discount for services (we paid in full), rather, says he will setup a time to properly repair the area his men kicked in. It's been... read more
