After making a tentative appointment for an estimate for 5 weeks later (the earliest available), but for no specific time, we received a call from them the day of the appointment that they were going to show up sometime after 5PM. As we didn't anticipate an evening appointment, we had purchased theater tickets and asked to reschedule. They said they would call when they could come by. A window on my travel trailer broke while I was traveling, and I emailed to see if it was something they could fix while I was in the area. Vera quickly responded and said I could come by one morning and they’d get me fixed up. Justin and Tony were great and were able to replace the window in less than 30 minutes. They were very nice and super professional! Thanks y’all!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called to setup an appointment for a window replacement and given a time. Owner called 30 min prior stating they were going to do a quick stop first. 2 hours later called to say on their way. Measured and told me they would have a quote in 5 business days. Called after 10 business days and was told they would call me in 2 days with a quote due to being busy. No call 2 days later, when called back I talked to I believe the owners wife who was very rude and said “ we will call you when we want”... read more
