Great service. Glad I chose a owner operated company. Professional, knowledgeable and cares about their customers. Didn't try to sell me the farm. Highly recommended.
I worked with Tracy at Blue Line Glass Repair to replace a window at one of my rental properties. I was told it would take 2–3 weeks for the glass to be ordered and installed, which was fine. The issue arose when the technician came out and accidentally broke an additional window during the process. While I do appreciate that they acted quickly to replace that broken window the next day, my biggest concern is the complete lack of communication regarding the technician’s return.
