Had some vandals etch two store fronts pretty badly, take a look at the pics!! Doug was responsive and communicative, he let me know that he traveled the state based on appointments by region, which I was stoked on as there aren't too many people who provide this service. Within a reasonable amount of time Doug was in my area. Outstanding work and very great for pet scratch repair so I didn’t get scammed by base housing and had to pay nearly 4000$ for glass doors. They cut that down to nearly a 1/4 of what base housing would have made me pay to replace
Paid him over a couple thousand dollars for deposit. He came out to our Paradise Valley project did a 20 x 20 section then he wanted to up his price said he would only do the one set of windows not all the windows as he agreed! He then copped an attitude and told me supply and drmand take it or leave it. So I guess I paid him for a free trip to Arizona.. I was Very unhappy with his attitude and with what he did.
