Overall quality of glass and hardware is excellent. After care support for the installation (door scraping) was resolved after a complaint was made about how support was previously handled at this company. Owner indicated they will work to improve the overall support process, I take them at their word. The crews themselves are excellent, they are professional and work extremely hard during the warm season.
An unfortunate experience with this company. After spending a lot of money with them, I received uninstallable custom cut panels because no holes were drilled for installation. There is no option to specify this requirement so we assumed it's included by default. A couple of thousand dollars wasted. The same accessories, like spigots, mounts, brackets are available on Amazon for less than half the price and are the same or better quality. Also, their website shows that they offer free delivery. They don't honour their written quotes , they make you go there then double the price! some sales guy comes and adds excessive charges and makes it seem like it's rocket science to justify excessive charges. No reputable business does that but this business has only been around for a year in Toronto so
