Met Rob at the Cottage Life Show and he spent some time with us looking over railing options and the RF product. We saw probably 5 other frameless glass railing companies and RF had the best product and great prices. The railings look beautiful on our waterfront property. Unobstructed views!
We’ve had a great experience with RF Transparent. Their railing systems are high quality, well-engineered, and offer a clean, modern look with excellent transparency while maintaining strength and safety. The team is professional, and easy to work with. Orders are handled efficiently, and the product consistently meets expectations. Overall, a reliable company with a premium railing solution that we’re happy to recommend.
As a home builder for 30 years i am always looking for better pricing and better service. RF Transparent has delivered on that. I have been doing exterior and Interior glass rails for around 8 years now. In the beginning you needed the professional "Glass guy" which was very expensive. With RF's help & guidance we are able to plan our own projects and do our own installs saving tons of money. I highly recommend them. Thanks
It turned out OK - But it was frustrating that after I sent over exact plans the order still turned out wrong. They did not accurately account for the standoff dimensions. So I had to discard 3 panels and order new at a cost of $500 in panels, $1000 in shipping. Expensive mistake!
Overall quality of glass and hardware is excellent. After care support for the installation (door scraping) was resolved after a complaint was made about how support was previously handled at this company. Owner indicated they will work to improve the overall support process, I take them at their word. The crews themselves are excellent, they are professional and work extremely hard during the warm season.
