Worst service I see ever! Why even they open the shop .No one is at shop only a labour guy. I’m driving from 1:30 minutes to reach there and their boss didn’t listen that too.Before 5 they tell we are closed their shop open. I am requesting everyone don’t visit them. Advice for you :- shut up your business and stay at home.
I am extremely unhappy with the experience dealing with RF Transparent. Got a notification that the order is ready. Came to pick it up and the order was not ready. They had me waiting for 1.5 hr to give me the order. And they didn’t pack in the spigots which made my crew waste 1/2 day, because we had to drive back to pick them up. There is kinda chaos between the warehouse and the office. Overall quality of glass and hardware is excellent. After care support for the installation (door scraping) was resolved after a complaint was made about how support was previously handled at this company. Owner indicated they will work to improve the overall support process, I take them at their word. The crews themselves are excellent, they are professional and work extremely hard during the warm season.
Great product. Our clients love the views. The team is very accommodating and helpful.
