They made a bad day so much better, on our way to town for a dentist appointment a semi threw a rock and it hit our windshield it looked like half a golf ball, so I got in touch with my insurance (this is the first time we've ever had a rock chip this bad) they had no one in the area but my husband found this shop earlier but we were told by insurance to wait until they start the claim (their computers crashed 3 minutes into my claim I had to call back later) so we gave them the shops number and they were able to get us in a... read more
I wanted to shout out Rachel. I met her at a vendor fair and took my vehicle in to check out a rock chip. She looked at it and determined that it had already been filled, so there was nothing further needed. She was courteous and professional. I know where I am going next time I need auto glass repair!
They got my car in on-the-spot to fix a rock chip ! Great service and price!
I wish there was a way to leave less than one star. I was in no way impressed with this business. Their speed of service came with a price. First my vehicle was dropped off at the wrong address. Thankfully we knew the people and they were able to tell us where our vehicle was located. Human error, accidents happen. But then when I got the vehicle home I noticed that the two pieces holding the back windshield in we're not attached.
