Travis was very accommodating, fitting in a windshield chip repair outside regular hours while we were passing through. His extensive glass knowledge, professionalism, and expertise far outweighed the price we paid. Thank you so much, and we will absolutely be bringing business back, despite the distance.
They made a bad day so much better, on our way to town for a dentist appointment a semi threw a rock and it hit our windshield it looked like half a golf ball, so I got in touch with my insurance (this is the first time we've ever had a rock chip this bad) they had no one in the area but my husband found this shop earlier but we were told by insurance to wait until they start the claim (their computers crashed 3 minutes into my claim I had to call back later) so we gave them the shops number and they were able to get us in a... read more
I wanted to shout out Rachel. I met her at a vendor fair and took my vehicle in to check out a rock chip. She looked at it and determined that it had already been filled, so there was nothing further needed. She was courteous and professional. I know where I am going next time I need auto glass repair!
