We just had a custom shower glass installed. Jacob is very informative and patient. Other companies don't want to come out to do the quote, So the fact that Jacob came out sets them apart from the rest. I noticed the quotes all came back very similar, so how does a person choose? Value is measured in many ways.. service is huge when price is similar and regardless, again the fact that Jacob came out and spent the time answering my questions, measuring properly and even had a catalog to choose hardware etc. this helps this co... read more
The glass elevator walls look amazing. Glass Pro Install were the only company willing to tackle the project. We contacted a number of glass companies including commercial, Glass Pro was the only company the could complete the work. I would highly recommend them.
They were great to deal with when they initially install my shower glass 3 years ago but the shower was leaking quite a bit in one corner. I contacted them and they quoted me $250 for the service call. The tech showed up and said we can't stop the leak because it's a neo angle shower door but he'd install a new strip along the one side. He was at my house for 20 minutes which is fine but $250 for a 20 minute called seemed extremely excessive especially for something I could have done myself for likely $25.
