HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would not recommend Glass Pro to my worst enemy. It took 3 hours to repair my front windshield. The service and wait was so horrible that the customer in front of me started installing the windshield himself. Then to make matters even worst, the front reception desk lady wearing a medical boot started assisting him. This was the worst business operation I have ever seen. If you are looking for a cheap price and service, you get what you pay for here. I will not be returning to Glass Pro.
Best I've found downtown – I have had many window issues over my years in Sacramento. Glass Pro / Masters has always matched any quote I received, and always has done good work. I've never had a problem with them, after over a dozen various repairs / replacements.
