Poor customer service – I googled Glass Pro and was shocked to find people with the similiar experience in the SF store!
First.........I arrived at 1:30pm. Told to come back at 2pm. Told it would be 15-20 more. Job was done
Second...I ask if they thoroughly vacuumed all the glass because I sometimes have my grandkids in the back
seat. He said, "Yes, we did!" I found small shreds of glass all over the seat and belt clips.
Third........I neglected to check their work, my bad, and upon arriving home saw a 12 inch scratch near the
a rea where the glass was repaired.
Recomendation for BETTER customer service:
Be realistic about the length of time a job is expected to be completed so the customer is able to
schedule his day.
Glass pieces are dangerous, vacuum more better.
A visible and obvious scratch. Why didn't they mention it?
Shop around for another glass repair place.
