Great Service – My car was broken into over the weekend. I was able to call that night and was scheduled for the following day. The technicians work was quality and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Glass Pro to anyone.

Avoid! – Don?t give them your business! Glass Pro quoted us a decent price to repair a broken side window of a recent model car and then matched the lowest price we were quoted. Jessica was very nice on the phone. Good start, but all downhill from there. 30 minute quote became 2 hours. Then mysteriously a DIFFERENT window than the one they worked on would not go up or down. Poor customer service – I googled Glass Pro and was shocked to find people with the similiar experience in the SF store! First.........I arrived at 1:30pm. Told to come back at 2pm. Told it would be 15-20 more. Job was done at 3pm! Second...I ask if they thoroughly vacuumed all the glass because I sometimes have my grandkids in the back seat. He said, "Yes, we did!"
