People were friendly while I was waiting for my chip repair to dry. They filled my water bottle for me. Fast and easy transaction and they told me to keep my receipt and if the chip cracks out after repair, they would put my repair cost towards the cost of a new windshield. They even gave me a corporate number to get an account for my hospital so the staff could get discounts. Highly recommend. Thanks for keeping it classy guys and gals!

Absolutely slow and terrible service. Took everyone up front a few minutes putting calls on hold to even acknowledge they had someone at the desk. Got a quote for and hour and a half to replace a windshield. After a total of five and a half hours, TWO windshields because the first replacement broke, my day off was entirely shot to hell. Took about an hour and a half to get the second one brought in (was told it would take 15-20 minutes, gotta love how the really know their timing). It took a good few minutes to be acknowledged upon walking in the door. Decent price on the windshield replacement for my car. Was told 1.5 to 2 hours. In reality it was 5 hours. The first glass they placed cracked. While they were able to get another, I was quoted 15 minutes for delivery - pretty sure it was an hour. Barely got any sort of apology and definitely no discount for the wait. I understand it’s first come first serve, but it was utterly ridiculous. Never going back.
Staff was friendly and even made recommendations to local shops while i waited. I was driving through when I needed this repair. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Cheap prices for expert work!!
