I commissioned a very large lead light window featuring Australian native flora from Melissa some years ago. It is a stunning and beautifully crafted piece of artwork and a focal point of my home. It is impossible to see the work and not comment on it’s beauty and uniqueness. I highly recommend Melissa and her outstanding work.
Thank you Melissa for your Silkscreen Titled 'Domestos' I chose this artwork of yours due to the vibrant and reflective images that you have combined. The two phases of life- Childhood and mature years. The older man gardening with thought and the young busy boy attempting domestic work. The image of the boy did remind me of another I had seen at the Uffizzi Gallery, Florence. Title " Cupid playing a lute" by Rosso Fiorentino
