Had such a great experience at this optometry office! The eye exam was incredibly thorough, and they were able to diagnose my dry eye and recommend drops that have helped tremendously. They also helped me pick out beautiful glasses at very competitive prices. Jackie, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back yearly for my eye exams and would highly recommend them to all my friends!

I ordered a pair of smart glasses from Glass Monocle. And despite the manufacturer having several delays that made the waiting time extend into months instead of weeks, Glass Monocle was patient with me calling frequently asking about my glasses. They also did everything they could to communicate with the manufacturer and even got me a discount because of all the extra time I had waited. Incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. My new to to spot
I bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses at this store, and due to my own fault, the paint came off when I cleaned them with alcohol. The staff responded professionally to my request: they stayed in communication with a Ray-Ban representative and did everything possible. In the end, the store allowed me to exchange the glasses for another color from their stock, and they kept the pair I returned. I’m impressed by their level of service!
