I ordered a pair of smart glasses from Glass Monocle. And despite the manufacturer having several delays that made the waiting time extend into months instead of weeks, Glass Monocle was patient with me calling frequently asking about my glasses. They also did everything they could to communicate with the manufacturer and even got me a discount because of all the extra time I had waited. Incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. My new to to spot
I bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses at this store, and due to my own fault, the paint came off when I cleaned them with alcohol. The staff responded professionally to my request: they stayed in communication with a Ray-Ban representative and did everything possible. In the end, the store allowed me to exchange the glasses for another color from their stock, and they kept the pair I returned. I’m impressed by their level of service!
My family and I have been loyal customers of Glass Monocle since their first Bloor location opened. Every visit has been excellent—from the friendly, knowledgeable, and non-pushy staff, to the clean, modern store and convenient locations. They offer a wide selection, can order special items, and provide reasonable prices with quick service. Even when I stop by for a simple adjustment, I’m always treated like a valued customer. I’ve recommended Glass Monocle to many friends and family, and will continue to do so.
I had an optometrist appointment with Dr. Matthew Chen and I wanted to write a review of my experience. Dr. Matthew Chen has such a positive attitude and I appreciated his clear instructions throughout my exam. Following my eye exam, I was assisted by Shannon to choose a new set of prescription eye glasses. Shannon was so incredibly helpful in assisting me choose a set of eye glasses.
