Consistently helpful. We were actually just discussing Monocle at a dinner party with neighbours the other night and the consensus was how helpful they are, no matter the situation. They helped my husband find a pair of frames to fit his expensive lenses bought elsewhere, they readjust / fix frames sometimes with just a walk in, and just recently they helped me submit a successful manufacturer warranty. Great eye care, customer service and good neighbours.
Shannon is the best! She pulled so many pairs of sunglasses and glasses for me to try. Her honest feedback helped me narrow things down to two pairs I absolutely loved and eventually purchased. The store was clean, well-lit and the rest of the staff working added to the friendly vibe as well.
