Mike and his team were prompt, courteous, and clear in walking through our windows and addressed issues of seals, hardwater stains, screen maintenance, etc. More importantly, they were able to clear up 7 years of grime on windows 20' up that we couldn't address ourselves. The three people who washed my windows were extremely polite, professional and fast!! My windows are approximately 30 years old and they look brand new!! A few windows need to be replaced and they did not pressure me to immediately get them replaced, they professionally explained all of my options. It felt good not to be pressured to buy something!!
Nice team, good job, and team was well supervised in and outside of our home by Michael the owner. Very responsive with the owner coming back the next day (during the 4th of July week) to fix a screen for a neighbor.
Awesome experience from start to finish! We had a few window screens that were not repaired/rebuilt correctly from a previous company. They were not sized correctly and fell out. Michael and his team did a great job and all the screens now fit! They rebuilt 5 and repaired one. Great communication the entire way! Michael and his team were very professional and respected our home as well. Thank you! Will definitely use again!
