Horrible customer service and prices – CALL RAPID GLASS instead for shower doors. Same Alumax brand, cheaper & 1000% better customer service. The G&MO reps were terrible. We walked into the showroom & provided the salesman with our measurements for a new glass door. We selected a door based on his quotes (again, had our dimensions!). They came out to measure & we were told that we needed our slope corrected. No problem. We had it fixed ASAP and the same installer came out & inspected again. Great selection and service! – I went into the store to get new glass for my cabinet doors. I was very impressed with the large selection of glass they had to choose from. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted me in choosing the perfect glass to go with decor of my home. I found this business by doing an internet search for framed mirrors. I was shocked and elated to find out they were SO MUCH MORE!!! I have never seen so many framed mirrors in one store, and the selection was amazing! They also sell heavy glass shower enclosures, which I have been shopping for as well. Worst customer service in the industry – We have had two very negative experiences with Glass and Mirror Outlet in Hopkins. The first time we worked with them they had story after story about why the delivery of a mirror kept being delayed and they ended up putting our remodel behind schedule by weeks when plumbling and fixtures could not be installed with out the mirror.
