Made an appointment for estimate and they called me around appointment time to tell me they were running late and would call me when they could come by. I was fine with this. However, I never received another call. So I called back number from my cell phone and they hung up on me then stopped answering the phone. If you don't want the business then just say so. My time is just as valuable as yours. Are you going to compensate me for my time? Eventually the economy will slow and you will have no business.
Worse customer service! Called them because I needed my front glass door fixed and they said they would be there at 9:30am. It was almost 11am and they never showed up. I Called them and they said they will be there at 4pm and same thing, never showed up. They don’t care or appreciate their customers. Horrible!
