We recently had a frameless shower door installed the installer did not center it or plummet. crooked and their excuse was well. He doesn’t work with us anymore. That doesn’t really matter when we paid full price for A crappy crappy job, unprofessional and installation. It looks like a five-year-old did it I would not recommend using them at all.
I had such a positive experience with Glass and Mirror Crafters! From the first phone call to the install, they were professional and answered all my questions. Brian (I believe that was his name) came out and did the measurements for my shower. He was very professional and explained my options. So I have this company come out to give my customer a price on a mirror shower door glass shower door a week over a week ago. Ordered it played the switcheroo oh that was for the wrong customer price went up $1,500 in price and that is the most ridiculous rip-off thing. So buyer beware. I will never use this company again thick as thieves. The guy's name is Brian
