i would give this place 0 stars but that's not an option, so I had to click 1 star. Vincent is beyond negligent. he provided the wrong product, then tried to blame me for their mistake. Instead of fixing it, they attempted to swap it out with a product of lesser quality while and gaslight me that I had screwed up. on top of that, their poor installation caused water intrusion, and they refused to take any responsibility for the damage. the whole operation is unprofessional, dishonest, and careless.
