Horrible customer service, dishonest, and Robin (Owner) hung up the phone on me when held accountable to the lie. Behaved horribly, attempted to justify the lie by blaming car makers for adding sensors to the windshields, go somewhere else!!!! They also showed up extremely late with no other explanation than “he was on the phone with his girlfriend “!!!
RecommendedGlass Medic did a great job replacing my windshield. They handled the insurance claim, showed on time and the technician was great. I would recommend them to everyone. Great job and very knowledgeable. If anybody has a broken windshield or any broken glass in a car call them
They did an excellent job! They handled everything, insurance claim, they made it convenient for me by coming to my location, replaced the windshield in a timely manner, explained everything to me about how to take care of it, how long to let it set before I drove the vehicle, when to take the tape off etc. Outstanding customer service, and the people who replace the windshields are very experienced and thorough! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone.
