Great experience with AJ and his team.
We took a window to have it repaired and they said less than a week it would be ready.....3 weeks later we finally picked it up. Put the double pane window in, cleaned it up and there are smugges inside the panes. We have a new window that will never be clean.
So many things are wrong with this company. The biggest being the amount of lies that are told. Called on 7/31 and spoke with AJ (communicated with AJ and AJ only the entire time). On the first initial call I asked if there would be a service fee/how they charged and I was told it was by the job. I told AJ we needed a double pane window glass replaced. I was told they could do it and it would be installed in 7-10 days . Sounded great. He also informed me it had to be paid for before a work order or anything could be put in p... read more
If I could leave 0 stars or go to negative I would. Needed large mirrors moved for a gym. Spoke with AJ. He made a promise to move on one day. Never showed. Then made a promise to move on a Saturday and promised a discount, he couldn’t make it the Saturday. Came on Sunday. Broke 2 of the mirrors. Charged me more than what he quarter to begin with. Would never recommend this place. He also didn’t clean up the broken mirrors he left.
