This company is awful. I asked for a box to be made for my child that passed so I could put it at his grave side with his belongings in it. He said he could do it but then played in my face. He told me for weeks he was going to complete these things and then never did but didn’t have the time in which he never communicated that. I just wanted communication, I knew it would take time but just wanted updates. Please do business elsewhere.
In February I reached out to AJ Carr (which I’ve known for 40 years) to install a wall of mirrors with LED lighting. He showed up in middle of March to install the mirrors, but it turn out that he brought 5ft mirrors instead of 6ft mirrors with no LED lighting. I told him that wasn’t what I ordered and he said, you’re right I made a mistake and ordered the wrong ones, and he said he would reorder them and have them rushed to have them installed in a few weeks. I have been told by this man at least 15 times he will show up to install shower doors and never shows up. This has been going on for four or five months and the job has not been done. Do not give this A.J. money in advance.
