I do not recommend Glass Masters. I called on December 3 to have some windows looked at. They said they would be out the next week. I just received a call today to schedule an appointment for next week. I was describing to Deb, the scheduler, that it is unacceptable to wait 4 weeks to call and tell me they are running behind on scheduling. she also stating that I was giving her the third degree. This guy came close to hitting me in a cross walk. Then stopped in the middle of another one. So i said you were suppose to stop for me not a car. He yelled fuck you. Not the type person i would use..
