I had Glass Masters out to my home in Lincoln to replace the sliding glass door wheels/rollers. One guy came out named Daniel who stated yes we can fix the door for you. The following week two other guys came out spent 10 minutes discussing how to remove the door to fix it, after calling their boss or owner of the company they stated we can't fix it, you will have to replace the whole sliding door with a new one for $3,500 dollars. Completion of our bath remodel has been set back at least 3-4 weeks due to this company. After weeks of saying they won’t schedule an appt until the shower is finished (emphasis on schedule), their earliest availability was 1 week out (after the shower was completed). 5 days after the eventual appt they called my contractor to say the price had gone up from the $2900 quoted to $3500+ due to an increase in the manufacturers price. Had a pretty crummy experience with this place. I wanted to have my dated sidelights at my front door updated. Installation went fine and the guy was super cool. After he left, I tried to take the stickers off both windows (looks like a white stamp that says "tempered" and has a bunch of numbers on it). Come to find out they are not stickers, it's actually etched into the glass with no way to take it off. It looks ridiculous! Glass masters is always a pleasure to work with. They do all of my glass installs for all of my remodeling projects . Definitely recommend working with them in Folsom and the Roseville area.
