The positives: the woman I dealt with on the phone was very kind, accommodating and worked with me to ensure an easy pickup as I work 24 hour shifts. She let me pay over the phone and honored my emailed coupon immediately. This shop was 100-150 dollars cheaper than any other estimate. So I was given the wrong address for the appointment, so I showed up to Gahanna instead of Morse and Westerville at first. And I was told I had an appointment and when I got there I was informed they are walk in only which was a big disappointment. I’m giving 4 stars based on the quality of the work and price with discount on my Benz I paid 360 for the replacement.
