The staff were very polite, the replacement windshield was perfect, very inexpensive, and installed in the specified timeframe. I am so happy I did not give Safelite my hard earned money.
Good service
THEY made me an appointment over the phone in Fayetteville at 5pm. Right before my appointment, they called to tell me they were closed. THEY implied it was MY fault. The whole interaction was unprofessional. I called Beasleys! These guys are PROS and have been doing it 20 years for way cheaper to. Save yourself the headache and call them.
